- pricing, concessions, or incentives
- fee terms
- approval, lease execution, or transaction outcomes
Users are responsible for independently verifying all listing details, terms, fees, and conditions before proceeding.
User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, verify apartment details independently, and communicate respectfully and lawfully through the platform.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- provide false or misleading information
- discriminate against others
- harass or abuse other users
- misuse listings or communications
- scrape, copy, or exploit platform content without authorization
- use the platform for unlawful purposes
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Termination
